Jamon Rivera, MBA - Principal

Jamon has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, acting in numerous Executive Management and Sr. Leadership roles. He has a proven track record of success, demonstrating expertise in revenue cycle management and physician/clinic management. His skills encompass payor contract analysis and negotiations, business development, physician and clinic management, new practice startups, and contract reviews. Jamon brings extensive knowledge and experience to the healthcare sector, making him a formidable leader adept at navigating complex organizational structures. His strategic vision and deep understanding of industry dynamics enable him to identify opportunities for growth and drive impactful change. With a proven track record of fostering collaboration across diverse teams, Jamon effectively aligns organizational goals with innovative solutions, ensuring sustainable progress in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

When Jamon isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, golfing, and fly fishing.

Timothy Reed, MBA - Principal

Tim has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, complemented by his previous role as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has a proven track record of success within the healthcare industry, demonstrating expertise in financial operations and management. His skills encompass large system executive management, business development, physician and clinic management, health plan design, and national purchase contracting. Tim's extensive knowledge and experience position him as a strong leader capable of navigating complex organizational structures and driving growth in healthcare settings.

When Tim isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and riding motorcycles.

Carmen Switzer - Consultant

Carmen has over 30 years of healthcare experience, specializing in revenue cycle management, contract negotiation, and operational improvement. She enhances financial processes, manages complex payor agreements for profitability, and develops strategies to lower costs while maintaining patient care standards. Carmen's focus on staff training strengthens teams to adapt to industry changes. She uses data for project strategy and evaluation, helping organizations improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Carmen is a committed resource in the healthcare field, dedicated to enhancing organizational performance and patient outcomes.

In her spare time, Carmen enjoys cooking, baking, outdoor water activities and spending time with family.

Chuck Stillwaggon - Consultant

Chuck has over 40 years of healthcare experience, working in various roles from entry-level to executive management. He has extensive knowledge in supply chain, information systems, practice management, human resources, and compliance. His career includes both hospital and health system settings, as well as private practice. Chuck is known for his innovative strategies and has a strong history of implementing successful programs that benefit all parties involved. He believes that true success comes from doing what is right and avoiding shortcuts.

In his free time, Chuck enjoys his family, golf, fly fishing, snowshoeing, and hiking.
